ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPLETE AND SIGNED APPLICATION

1.0 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

a. Applicants must be within 18 years to 30 years at the time of application
b. Applicants must be vaccinated and healthy at the time of application
c. Short-listed Applicants shall take an entrance examination and pass an interview.

3.0 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL-UP COMPLETE AND SIGNED APPLICATION

A. STEP 1: Check List

  • For all applicants:
  1. Examination Results*
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Bangladesh Passport (later on, if it is not in hand)
  4. Passport-size Photographs (white background)
  5. Applicants must provide a minimum of one-year English Proficiency Certificate**.( later on, if it is not in hand)

*Acceptable Certificate Examinations

  • Secondary School Certificate(SSC) Examination
  • Higher Secondary Certificate(HSC) Examination

**Acceptable English Proficiency Test Results: 

  • IELTS 
  • TOEFL

 

B. STEP 2:  Application

1. Complete all mandatory fields marked with *.
2. Educational background – In the case where your Institution is not listed, kindly select- Private.
3. Examination Results:   a. Examination type   b. Sitting   c. Year of Examination  d. Roll Number (please use first row for SSC, then HSC, and so on…

4. Subject – write subjects offered in high school and the corresponding grades.
a. If awaiting results, select awaiting as the grade.
b. If other certificates, select the certificate and the corresponding grade/class.

5. Attach photocopies of all mandatory supporting documents: a. Birth Certificate  b. Mark sheets and Certificates.

6. Applicant Declaration; read, agree and tick to declare that all information provided in the application is true.

7. Program Choices.
 a. Tick yes, if you want to be considered for fee-paying or applying for exemption.

8. Identification documents: NID and/or Passport.

9. Tick to declare and agree that the information provided are true.

10. Submit and keep a copy of the application for Personal reference.
